Finding What Works for You
You've probably heard about all the benefits of good nutrition and exercise. When it comes to nutrition, it's better to practice good habits and find foods that you enjoy with healthy portions. For exercise it helps to find something you enjoy doing or at least can tolerate. Hopefully this blog will help you find that something.
I personally like to exercise. It serves the purpose of maintaining my health, quieting my mind and allowing me to streamline my thoughts (I overthink so that's important). I'm glad at the end of the session, first because I did it and second because it is over for now. Nutrition I'm working on but it is all about consistency. Being consistent is the key to gaining all the benefits needed to elevate your health.
I had to get to that place by setting goals and finding what works for me which was carving out time for exercise and just doing it. For nutrition it helps if I meal plan and grocery shop based on those meals. You have to find what works for you.
You may not know exactly what’s going to work for you but setting goals may be a good start. Is it to build muscle, improve endurance, or improve core strength? All of the above or none of the above.
Pick a goal and build from there. Try the app and maybe you will find something that works for you. I can't promise you will love to eat healthy every day or that you would love to exercise or even like it. It may end up that you do it because the end result is a healthier happier you.
